Refunds & Returns Policy

We want our customers to be fully satisfied with our products.

For refunds, exchanges and returns you have 14 days from the received date to take advantage of this policy. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you are having issues receiving your order or with the product itself. We will try our best to handle any concerns you may have.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at elegantflarecandle@gmail.com. If your return is accepted you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
